Nordic Walking Instruction

Nordic Walking works 90% of the body’s muscles, versus 50% with just regular walking. Nordic Walking can help participants achieve many health benefits such as weight loss, lowered blood sugar pressure and blood sugar control.

Poles help increase balance and stability while walking and is especially beneficial for those with osteoarthritis, multiple sclerosis, back pain, weaker core, osteoporosis or those who are just looking for a great total body workout.

Our clinic offers instruction on Nordic pole walking by physiotherapists who are Nordixx Pole Walking certified instructors.
